Additional Services
The first additional service we have launched is a Project delivery and snagging service. The end of a project is a very demanding and stressful time but a time where the client needs to stand strong and demand the quality finish devoid of any defects. This is what they have paid for and should achieve but it’s a tiring and frustrating process for the client. Our aim is to offer an independent set of eyes to enter the project two months before practical completion, to evaluate the work and to generate a defects list. We would manage the contractors to attend to all defects on the list and ensure every item is attended to, thereby aligning practical completion with a fully snagged and completed project.
The second additional service we can provide is an on integrated Interior Design service. We have collaborated on a number of very large projects with my partners company Audrey Jordan Interiors Limited previously Decorating Solutions. The synergy between us results in us pre-empting design issues that might arrive toward the end of a project. Not only does Audrey get involved at the planning stage, assisting the architect with design considerations but she is there at the end to complete the implementing of the design decisions, placing of all furniture and fittings and generally preparing the house for handover. This combined approach with Audrey and J-Four, offers a very holistic and cost effective approach to the interior design aspect of a project.
