Property Development

Having been involved in many projects for the last 18 years, we now have a very good understanding of where and what we want to invest in and where we believe we need to bring in investors to assist us in realizing a development opportunity. Now that we are based in the UK, we will start by concentrating on securing distressed properties and properties requiring a complete redesign and redevelopment firstly on “buy to flip” basis. These will be in the form of flats or terraced houses and be positioned in the suburbs and city of Southampton.

Once we have established ourselves in the market, have developed relationships with the resident real estate agents, compiled a professional team, experienced and appointed the building contractors as well as then satisfying the mortgage brokers that we are credit worthy, we will add “buy to let” properties on an individual basis again concentrating on flats and terraced houses and later to look to source house/buildings that we can convert in to HMO’s (house of multiple occupancy). We are currently  are self-funded and will act decisively when presented with a viable development opportunity.

In time we intend to develop a SPV (special purpose vehicle), specifically for property investment looking to secure funding for acquire packages of residential properties to add to a portfolio. Our aim is to build a substantial property portfolio of buy to let and HMO’s over the next 10 years.
