Project Management
J-Four Properties Ltd has been created to deal with the ever-increasing demand for the building of, or the improvements to, residential properties. We offer an independent service which addresses the management and control of these projects, the rising costs of building works and the associated anxiety of undertaking a building project. Our core responsibility, is to be the single point of contact for our client for the entire project from pre contract to close out.
One of our core specialities is in managing projects for clients who are based away from the build site and who need a “person on the ground” to manage the process and protect their investment.
Our philosophy is to manage and control the project by facilitating a team approach with our clients, their architect, the professional team, and the contractors / suppliers.
Site Management
Our lines of communication are strictly enforced to ensure that no contractor or supplier deals directly with the client and in so doing alleviates confusion, miscommunication and the associated stress thereof.
Once the approved plans have been received by J-Four Properties Ltd, we will ensure the main contractor transfers the total project brief into a software based master time programme which identifies and tracks major activities and milestones of the project. All additions, changes or delays to the scope of works together with the originator of such additions or changes will be recorded and updated every month.
